Tatum Louise LLC does not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we share certain personal information with advertising and analytics platforms in ways that may constitute 'sale' or 'sharing' under California law (CCPA/CPRA) or 'targeted advertising' under other state laws. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

What Information May Be Shared

We may share the following categories of personal information with advertising and analytics partners when those services are active on our site:

How to Opt Out

You have the right to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise this right, you may:

• Click the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link in the footer of our website (when available)

• Email us at hello@tatumlouise.com with the subject line 'Do Not Sell or Share Request.' Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account or order history.

We will process your request within 15 business days. Once processed, we will take reasonable steps to suppress your information from being shared with advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes, including updating your suppression status in Meta, TikTok, Google, and Klaviyo where technically feasible.

Please note: Opting out does not remove you from transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates) or communications you have separately consented to. Some website features may be affected by reduced tracking.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We intend to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests under California law (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7025) and other applicable state regulations. GPC is a browser-level signal that automatically communicates your privacy preferences to websites you visit.

GPC support will be implemented through our cookie consent infrastructure. Once implemented, a GPC signal detected from your browser will be treated as a 'Do Not Sell or Share' request for your session and, where technically possible, linked to your account if you are logged in.

Until GPC is fully implemented on our site, you may submit a manual opt-out request using the methods above.

Opt-Out for Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws have a similar right to opt out of targeted advertising or the processing of personal data for such purposes. The same opt-out process described above applies to residents of all such states. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, regardless of your state of residence.

Response Timeline

We will respond to all opt-out requests within 15 business days of receipt. If we are unable to process your request within that time, we will notify you and provide an estimated completion date. We will maintain a record of your opt-out for a minimum of 24 months.

Re-Opting In

After opting out, you may re-authorize the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@tatumlouise.com. We will not ask you to opt back in more than 12 months after you have exercised your opt-out right.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you and may take steps to verify your identity and the agent's authorization before processing the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different level of service as a result of exercising your rights.
