Transit time depends on the destination and service requested. In the continental US, ground small parcel shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, with most shipments arriving within 3 days.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Free of wear, tear, stains, or damage

All three bags must be returned with original packaging - includes: the 3 bags neatly folded with red band and information card wrapped around, a pack of stickers, and a polybag, 

No exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your order's original payment method.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. The refunds are issued for the full selling price of the bags (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). 

NOTE: We do not exchange or accept returns for clearance or final-sale items, or for gift cards. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping, customs fees, and import taxes are not refundable upon return. If you have any questions, please contact us via email info@tatumlouise.com

Final Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@tatumlouise.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. 

All issues must be reported via email, along with photographic evidence, before any return is initiated. Please do not send items back without prior written authorization from our team—returns sent without approval will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled. Orders are processed and shipped every day at Noon CST, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once the item has shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email info@tatumlouise.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

The Large Carryall is 28.8” in length, 14” in width, and 12.6” in height. It can also support 50 lbs of stuff, without a sweat.

The bags are indeed water- AND dust-resistant, making them resilient for even the rainiest moves, and dustiest storage spaces. 

So many different uses! You can certainly use the bags for moving to college, as well as traveling, road trips, camping, hauling, storage (all kinds: under bed, attic, basement, holiday storage, beach toys - the list goes on). Our capacity lets you move into your dorm room with 6-9 bags, depending on how much stuff you need to pack.

Yes! They are designed to be reused again and again (and then again and again...). They are definitely a more sustainable option than using cardboard boxes, which can only be used a few times and are not water- or dust-resistant. 

We would also like to acknowledge that while our bags may not be made out of sustainable material - YET! This is something we are working on. They are definitely a more sustainable solution to cardboard boxes, which “form roughly 17% of total global waste, making it the second-highest type of waste after food,” according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

The best way to keep your Tatum Louise bright and shiny is to use a soft, damp cloth. The material cleans easily; no need to use harsh chemicals.
